When in Doubt, Draw!

Lately in the studio my brain has been on overload. When this happens it becomes extremely hard to focus on the process of painting and I end up wiping whole paintings out in frustration. So, I’ve gone back to the drawing board, literally speaking. Here are some things that I’m working through in charcoal on paper. Will these ever get turned into completed paints, I’m not sure, but its quite refreshing to think in a different way and work out some of my issues through another medium. I hope to have more to show over the next couple weeks.
